This is one of those wines that's perfect for patio sipping. It's also terrific with a salad or the first of the grilled spring vegetables. It's mostly made from the zippy verdejo grape, with a bit of crisp sauvignon blanc. I liked this enough that after tasting it, I went back and bought more. It's handy to have on hand for company, or just for a glass with a light dinner. Catherine Rabb
