Well, it is a blend of Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, Cab Franc, Petite Verdot, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Montepulciano, Mourvedre, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir and Carignane (you read all that correctly).
Rumors of vineyard sources like Whitehawk, Alder Springs, Parmalee Hill and others let you know that the quality is there - and at a price that, by the six pack, is almost pure insanity.
