Once we found out they made a Chardonnay as well (and had the opportunity to taste this little gem) we pounced like a cheetah and bought all we could get our hands on.
This Chardonnay embodies everything we look for in the Californian version of this varietal. Some butter, some oak - but nothing too over the top or pronounced. Perfect harmony so it can pair well with food, or with just sitting on our back deck and soaking up some rays.
