Close out wines are tricky beasts. On one hand you get a killer deal on a great bottle of wine, and on the flip side of that coin the inventory is limited and the well will eventually run dry. So is the case with 2005 Indian Valley Red. A blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Cab Franc from the blockbuster 2005 vintage, this wine burst into our lives at the end of October and went on a tear. Unfortunately that run has now come to an end as we just received our last 50 cases of this wine.
So, get while the gettin' is good as they say and grab a few last bottles of this gem at a great price. For $15 this may be the perfect "pre dinner wine" when the family comes into town this weekend!
