Some of you probably see this lineup and think "I have got to get in
there on Saturday and taste these beauties!" Others of you may just be
thinking "I just don't like Spanish wines". Well, this e-mail is for all
the haters. Spain is the third most prolific wine producing country on
the planet and they have devoted more acreage to vines than even
California. To put it simply, the Spanish are super serious about their
vino.
They are also serious about value. In today's marketplace, there is no
better place to get an amazing bang for your buck than in the Spanish
wine section. Mas Donis? $9.99 and it is absolutely crazy good juice. La
Vilella Alta? Under $20 for some lip smacking good Priorat. While the
value wines are amazing, the top wines are epic in their own right and
will give any of your California or French favorites a serious run for
their money. That is why we will be featuring wines like 2008 Ferrer
Bobet Seleccio Especial. One taste might very well shift your wine
drinking paradigm. Muga "Prado Enea"? This Rioja is a healthy blend of
powerhouse and traditional gentility, and is our favorite of their
entire portfolio.
Without waxing poetic for 3,000 words we
just hope you swing by and get your Spanish taste on. The wines are
always on our dinner table and nothing says beat the heat like a 68
degree winestore!
We hope to see you this weekend and as always, THANK YOU for your business!
