Domaine de la Janasse is a brilliant producer of Cotes du Rhone and Chateauneuf du Pape and we tend to think they make pretty special wines. That is why we jumped all over this deal when it was presented to us recently. This blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvedre is ready to drink and full of ripe fruits and smooth tannins - it is basically the essence of Provence in a bottle!
We're also suckers for wine the comes in a wood box (I mean, who isn't?) - it just looks a whole lot cooler and we can then reuse the wood boxes around the house (yeah for being green!).
